Welcome to the Chemical Processes Development Laboratory, Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Patna. Our focus is on studying and developing industrially relevant processes incorporating the concepts of sustainable development and process integration into conventional processes. The major focus areas are:
- crystallization of small organic molecules applicable to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors,
- separation and purification of phytocompounds and mycocompounds, and
- continuous chemical processing.
